Doc Walks were developed by my uncle Doctor Robert Ein as a direct way to address the pain that both he, I and countless members of our family were suffering.

After years of playing basketball competitively I thought that I would never be able to spend a day without my ankles cracking and knees pounding. I tried everything, from physiotherapy to expensive braces and even found myself popping pain killer after pain killer. All with only temporary relief.

After sharing my experience with my uncle (who was also a basketball player in his day) unbeknown to me he began the process of research and development of what would become Doc Walks.

Five years and over a Million dollars later Doc Walks Ortho-Insoles were developed and Comfort Corner was born as the avenue with which to distribute them. I know we’ve all heard the line “I’m not only the President, I’m also a client” but it is absolutely true. I have been pain free for over 7 years and now play as much basketball as I did when I was 17.
